5. Deposits and Final Balances
For bulk beef orders (such as whole, half, or quarter beef):
- A deposit is required at the time of order to reserve your share.
- Final hanging weight and processing costs will be calculated after harvest.
- The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
- Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
- We currently serve customers primarily in Colorado.
- Shipping and delivery options vary based on order type and location.
- We’ll contact you directly to arrange delivery or pickup once your order is ready.
- Villalobos Ranch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control once your order leaves our facility.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- Because our products are perishable, all sales are final once an order is fulfilled.
- Deposits are non-refundable after the animal has been processed or allocated.
- If you need to cancel before processing begins, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Pricing and Fees
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- A small processing or credit card fee (up to 2%) may apply to card transactions in accordance with Colorado law.
