How much beef comes in a quarter, half, or whole share?
- Quarter beef: ~100 lbs of beef (variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef)
- Half beef: ~200 lbs
- Whole beef: ~400 lbs
How long does vacuum-sealed beef last in the freezer?
When kept frozen, vacuum-sealed beef can last up to two years while maintaining quality and flavor.
How is the beef processed and packaged?
Your beef is processed at a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and labeled for easy storage and use. Cuts are packaged for convenient, at-home cooking.
How can I place an order for a beef share?
Visit our product page, select your share size, and reserve your beef with a deposit. We’ll follow up with processing and pick-up or delivery details.
Do you ship beef outside of Colorado?
At this time, we primarily serve Colorado customers. For larger orders or special requests, contact us — we’re happy to explore options.
